This activity has been brightly designed for little hands! You can make this a daily routine as part of your evening or morning to repeat an affirmation. Let your child get familiar with each one, move them along as you say them and get them to repeat after you or try it themselves!

Recognising emotions and being able to label them is an invaluable tool for children's mental health. Use this 5 point scale, ranging from Happy to Angry to help recognise and name each emotion.
